Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player", "User", or "you") and 90bd (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). The Agreement governs your access to and use of the website located at https://90bd.io, including all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised versions, applications, and services offered under the 90bd brand.

By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the 90bd platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

These Terms & Conditions should be read alongside the 90bd Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference and form part of the binding contract between you and 90bd.

Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an account on the 90bd platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 90bd strictly prohibits access by anyone under the age of 21. This restriction is enforced through mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) acting in your own name and on your own behalf.
• You must not be a resident of or physically located in any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, consultant, director, officer, or close relative of an employee of 90bd or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not have had a previous 90bd account closed for breach of these Terms & Conditions.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

One Account Policy: Each individual may register and maintain exactly one (1) account on the 90bd platform. Operating multiple accounts, whether under your own identity or under false or third-party identities, is strictly prohibited. All accounts found to be duplicates will be closed without notice, and any balances or bonus winnings held in duplicate accounts will be forfeited.

Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 90bd account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

90bd shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. In cases where unauthorised access is suspected, 90bd may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation to protect your funds.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All financial transactions on the 90bd platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform currently supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your 90bd account in real time for mobile wallet transactions (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Card deposits (Visa, Mastercard) may take up to fifteen (15) minutes to appear in your account balance. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit for verified accounts, although individual payment providers may impose their own limits.

Withdrawals: You may request a withdrawal of available funds (excluding any locked bonus funds) at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals below ৳50,000 are processed automatically within one (1) to six (6) hours.
• Withdrawals of ৳50,000 or above are subject to manual review and may take up to twenty-four (24) hours.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• 90bd reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

90bd does not charge internal fees for standard deposits and withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, or Mastercard) may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside the control of 90bd.

Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, 90bd offers bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, reload promotions, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 21 and above only.
• Each bonus offer is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are held separately from real-money funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.

Wagering Rules

The following general rules apply to all wagers placed on the 90bd platform, across all game categories including live casino, slots, cricket betting, and Jackpot Bingo:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 90bd does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been placed and acknowledged by the system.
• In the event of a technical error, network interruption, or system fault that affects the outcome of a game or bet, 90bd reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the wagered amounts to the players' accounts.
• For cricket betting markets, 90bd follows standard sports betting settlement rules. In the event of a match being abandoned, suspended, or affected by extraordinary circumstances (including weather, venue change, or force majeure), bets will be settled in accordance with the specific market rules communicated at the time of bet placement.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per market. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface and may vary by account tier.
• Winnings are credited to your account balance in BDT immediately upon settlement. For live dealer games, settlement occurs at the end of each game round. For cricket betting, settlement occurs after the relevant event is concluded and the result is confirmed.

Prohibited Conduct

• We have reason to believe your account is being used for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal purposes.
• You provide false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Continued operation of your account would expose 90bd to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

In the event of termination for cause, 90bd reserves the right to withhold any account balance pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no wrongdoing occurred, the balance will be returned. Bonus balances are non-refundable upon termination for cause.

Governing Law

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which 90bd is incorporated and licensed.

In the event of any dispute between you and 90bd, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of written notice from either party, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

Nothing in this clause limits 90bd's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent or restrain any breach of this Agreement.
